Luis Tamborini graduated from the University of Buenos Aires Law School in 2015, with special mention as “Outstanding Student”.
He was an International Visiting Attorney at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP (New York), in the International Litigation and Arbitration practice during 2018 to 2019.
He is member of the Litigation, International Arbitration & Bankruptcy department. He specializes in complex dispute resolution, focuses primarily in international and domestic commercial arbitrations. As part of his practice, he has experience in dispute management, advising clients over energy, construction, banks and financial entities, among others industries.
Mr. Tamborini has published papers in international arbitration, teaches “Practice in International Commercial Arbitration” at the Law School of the University of Buenos Aires and coaches the University team for commercial and investment arbitration moot court competitions.
He is a member of the Buenos Aires Bar Association, board member of the Executive Board of Argentina Young Arbitration Practitioners (AYAP) and a member of the Youth Committee of the Business Center for Mediation and Arbitration (CEMA).
