Emilia Rodriguez Rohwain received a law degree with honors from the Law School of the University of Buenos Aires in 2013, and in 2018, she completed a Master Degree in Corporate Law from ESEADE University Institute. She also obtained a Master of Laws Degree (LL.M) with honors from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law in 2020, and she was recognized as a top student by receiving the Kirkland & Ellis Scholar award.
In her daily practice, she focuses on providing legal advice in numerous highly complex dispute resolutions (such as litigation, domestic and international arbitration, company law conflicts, and bankruptcy proceedings). Since her incorporation in 2014, she has represented clients in local and international proceedings, arbitrations, class actions and in other proceeding filed under the Consumer Law.
She has taught commercial law in the University of Buenos Aires.
She is a member of the Colegio Público de Abogados de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires.
