Biography
Matías Leguizamón is senior associate at Bruchou´s Corporate and M&A department.
His practise focuses in mergers, acquisitions and general corporate matters of private companies.
He graduated from the University of Buenos Aires School of Law in 2012 with honors. In addition, in 2014, Matias earned a Masters in Finance from the University Torcuato Di Tella.
During 2019 and 2020, Matías worked as a foreign associate in the Latin America Practice Group of Proskauer Rose LLP (New York).
