Biography
Sofia graduated from the Argentine Catholic University Law School in 2015.
She specializes in banking and capital markets issues. As part of her professional experience, she has advised issuers, debtors, investment banks, lending banks and placement banks, sponsors, management agents for collective investment products, guarantee agents and/or trustees, in both local and international transactions of debt issues, share issues, loans (bilateral, syndicated, guaranteed and project financing), restructurings, purchase offers, swaps, public-private partnership projects, trusts and mutual funds. She also has provided advice on the Argentine regulatory framework.
Sofia is member of the City of Buenos Aires Bar Association (Colegio Público de Abogados de la Capital Federal).
