Biography

Pablo Falabella is a partner in the General Corporate and M&A Department of the Firm.

Pablo Falabella has extensive experience in all aspects of domestic and international corporate restructurings, crisis management, corporate governance, financings, and acquisitions involving distressed situations. Mr. Falabella regularly represents private investment firms located in the U.S. in connection with their investments in Argentina. Mr. Falabella also counsels corporate clients in a variety of matters including, rightsizing workforce and operations, corporate governance and capital markets issues.

Prior to joining Bruchou, Pablo Falabella worked more than 6 years in Weil Gotshal & Manges’ restructuring group in New York (2007-2013) where he was a key member of the team in several high profile debtor-side chapter 11 representations, including American Airlines, General Motors in its historic restructuring, Washington Mutual, Inc., and Kaupthing Bank. Additionally, he was a teaching assistant for Corporate Reorganization and Bankruptcy, taught by the late Harvey R. Miller, at Columbia University School of Law from 2009 to 2013.
