Biography
Nicolás Dulce concentrates in mergers, acquisitions, dispositions and general corporate matters of public and private companies.
He graduated from the University of Buenos Aires School of Law in 2013.
During 2018 and 2019, Nicolás worked as a foreign associate in the M&A team of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP (New York).
