Biography

Hernán Alal is a senior associate in the General Corporate and M&A Department of the Firm. His practice focuses in mergers, acquisitions, and general corporate matters.

He graduated from the University of Buenos Aires School of Law in 2013.

In 2017, he received an LL.M. degree from Penn State Law (Pennsylvania, USA) focused in corporate law.

During 2019 and 2020, Hernán worked as an international associate in Mattos Filho, Veiga Filho, Marrey Jr. e Quiroga Advogados (Rio de Janeiro, Brasil)

She is a member of the Colegio Público de Abogados de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires.
