On March 24th, 2022, Bruchou, Fernández Madero & Lombardi appointed Florencia Angélico as Partner of Bruchou’s Corporate Law and Corporate Governance Department and Juan Zocca as Partner of Administrative and Regulatory Law Department.
Florencia specializes in Corporate Law, providing comprehensive corporate counselling to local and foreign clients, especially regarding corporate reorganizations, company acquisitions, and corporate dispute resolution procedures.
For his part, Juan joined Bruchou as an intern and he specializes in Administrative and Environmental Law counselling as well as he provides advice on and representation in litigation matters.
