We have represented more arrangers of this type of products than any other Argentine firm, including, among others, Citicorp, Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, Santander, Deutsche Bank, Credit Suisse and Bank of America. The Firm has also been actively involved in the structuring of off-shore repackaging transactions.

In 2012, Bruchou advised Equity Trust Company (Argentina) S.A., Banco Macro S.A., BST S.A. and Raymond James S.A. in the issuance of trust securities by the Financial Trust “Albanesi Gas Clase 03” for an amount of AR$132 million (approximately US$26.9 million), proceeds that shall be used to finance the increase and development of the Argentine gas transportation system.

In 2011, the Firm advised Banco Macro S.A. and Macro Securities S.A. Sociedad de Bolsa in the issue of trust securities by the Financial Trust “Loma Blanca Serie I” for an aggregate amount of US$103 million, proceeds that shall be used for the construction and commissioning of the first of four wind farms of 50MW (fifty megawatts) which will be located in the Municipality of Trelew, Province of Chubut.

In 2010, Bruchou advised Nación Fideicomisos S.A. in a US$255 million trust securities issuance by an infrastructure trust managed by Banco de la Nación Argentina as trustee for the financing of Argentina’s Master Plan of Water Resources. Additionally, between 2009 and 2010, Bruchou advised Nación Fideicomisos S.A. in a US$1,032 billion offer of trust debt securities for the financing of the first stage of Argentina’s federal roads plan. Furthermore, the Firm was hired by Rafael G. Albanesi S.A., Banco Macro S.A., Macro Securities S.A. Sociedad de Bolsa, Raymond James Argentina Sociedad de Bolsa S.A. and Equity Trust Company (Argentina) S.A. in the issuance of trust securities by the Financial Trusts “Albanesi Gas Clase 01” and “Albanesi Gas Clase 02” for an aggregate amount of approximately US$71 million.
